Information Coil stores
Coil stores the Google email address used to sign in, workspace membership details, and the vending business records you enter, including inventory, products, lots, locations, machines, reports, and receipt images you upload.
Google sign-in
Coil uses Google only to verify your identity and email address when you sign in. Coil does not request or access your Google Drive or any other Google data.
Receipt storage
Receipt images and documents you upload are stored in Coil's file storage, scoped to your workspace, and are only accessible to members of your workspace.
How information is used
Coil uses information only to provide and secure the workspace and maintain inventory and financial records. Coil does not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.
Service providers
Coil uses infrastructure providers to host the application and store workspace data and receipt files. Google processes authentication only. Providers process information only to operate their services for Coil.
Retention and deletion
Workspace owners can remove business records, including receipts, through the application. Account-deletion controls will be provided before public paid availability.
Changes
We may update this policy as Coil evolves. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
